Acclaimed live act String Cheese Incident return to the Cuthbert Amphitheater in Eugene, Oregon this Friday, July 24th, 2016. SCI are hitting the road for 33 live performances across North America on their Just Keep Spinning Tour as a six-piece, playing their signature brand of progressive bluegrass, funk and neo-psychedelic rock.
This special marathon performance features hit original songs including, Song in My Head, Lend Me a Hand, and Believe a River.
$1 from each ticket sold going to benefit the Sweet Relief Musicians Fund, a nonprofit organization providing financial assistance to ill, majorly injured, and otherwise compromised musicians of all genres and skill levels so they can focus on healing, not funding.

The Just Keep Spinning Tour follows a 33 date cross-country tour by SCI for yet another installment of the SCI live legacy. The band will be heading to Texas, Colorado, Oregon, Washington and culminating their domestic tour with the international Moroccan Incident festival in Marrakech, Morocco this September.
A portion of your ticket purchase will bank $1 for the Sweet Relief Musicians Fund which provides financial support to musicians who are struggling to make a living due to illness, disability, or famine.
For the last 35 years, these six musical friends have been bringing their brand of live music excess to towns and cities across the US from their homes in Crested Butte and Telluride, CO. Michael Kang (violin, mandolin) Bill Nershi (guitars) and Kyle Hollingsworth (keyboards) are joined by the rhythm section of Keith Moseley (bass) and Michael Travis (drums) plus Jason Hann (percussion) to bring an epic musical experience to the audience, playing across a range of musical styles including rock, funk, electronica and psychedelia.
All of their extensive repertoire of original material plus old favourites such as 'Song in My Head', 'Lend Me a Hand', 'Believe' and 'Can't Stop Now.' Albums that will be represented on the night include "Echoes", "The Kitchen", "It", "Undermind", "Joy", "Telluride Tales", "Rise & Fall" and more.
The band has released an impressive 8 studio albums with the most recent one being in 2023. They are currently still recording more music in their studio in 2026. They were the first independent artist to develop a system for independent music distribution in the 1990's, and started their own ticketing company and merchandise company (The Relix Merch Store). Along with their own record label called SCI Fidelity Records which features a variety of prominent artists in the electronic music scene.
The Cuthbert Amphitheater is located at 601 Day Island Road inside Eugene's 135 acre Alton Baker Park on the Willamette River. An independent outdoor music venue, it features clear, full range sound in a beautiful setting. The venue has a total capacity for approximately 5,000 tickets and features General Admission lawn seating or Reserved seating with permanent seats very close to the stage.
Food and drink options will include several local vendors, beer gardens with a variety of beers and wines, as well as a cocktail bar and plenty of soda and other non-alcoholic options. Free parking is included with ticket price. The main parking lots for events at the entertainment venue in Alton Baker Park are located immediately across the tree swing bridge from the venue. Additional overflow parking is available at Eugene Science Center, 1920 Main St. Accessible parking and elderly parking is located in the Science Center lot for easy access to the entertainment venue.
