Cuthbert Amphitheater
Join Blues Traveler, Gin Blossoms and Spin Doctors for an EPIC night of classic alternative music as the three bands co-headline their Summer Tour and bring it to the Cuthbert Amphitheater on Thursday, July 9th, 2026.
Alternative Rock fans listen up! This concert event brings three alternative rock acts to Eugene, Oregon. Blues Traveler will take the crowd on a musical journey through their wide discography of Jam band music. The band features several vocalists and are known for hits such as the Grammy winning song “Run-Around” and “Hook.” Next up, Gin Blossoms will hit the stage performing iconic hits “Hey Jealousy” and “Found Out About You,” off of their 4x Platinum album Tender The Night. The show will wrap up with The Spin Doctors delivering their funk and rock-based hits including “Two Princes” and “Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong.”

Three of the biggest 90’s alt rock acts will team up for a co-headlining summer tour, stopping in Eugene on Thursday, July 9th, 2026. Blues Traveler, Gin Blossoms and Spin Doctors will play all their hit songs at Cuthbert Amphitheater.
The Summer Tour kicks off on July 6th in Grand Junction, CO and continues to Redmond, WA on July 10th. The shows will end on September 19th in Traverse City, MI.
Based in Princeton, New Jersey, Blues Traveler is a roots rock band which fuses blues, rock and soul with high energy live performances. Most well known for the hits "Run-Around" and "Hook", the band influenced a large part of the 90s alternative rock music scene.
The band's 2021 album "Traveler's Blues" earned the group a Grammy nomination for Best Traditional Blues Album. Their 1995 release "Four" reached 6x platinum, the group's lead single "Run-Around" staying on the charts for nearly a year. They were awarded the Grammy for Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group for "Run-Around" in 1996.
Most well known for the hit album "New Miserable Experience" from 1992 which featured hits "Hey Jealousy", "Follow You Down", and "Found Out About You" all which received widespread airplay on pop and alternative radio.
"New Miserable Experience" has achieved 4x platinum status with the aforementioned hit singles as well as "Until I Fall Away". Their latest album of original material is "Live at The Song". The band reformed in 2001 and have been touring and recording ever since.
Spin Doctors are a New York City-based rock band that combines elements of funk and the blues in their hard-edged and energetic funk rock music. Their two hit singles, "Two Princes" and "Little Miss Can't Be Wrong", are two of the most defining anthems of the early 90s alternative rock revolution.
Their debut album, Pocket Full of Kryptonite, went 3x platinum thanks in part to their ability to write great funk rock songs. Their latest release in 2025 is the album Face Full of Cake.
The Cuthbert Amphitheater is located in the middle of Eugene's largest natural park, Alton Baker Park at 601 Day Island Rd in Eugene, Oregon. The Amphitheater is a natural outdoor amphitheater surrounded on three sides by trees and a meandering creek. Concerts are held rain or shine.
